NESA - New England Sports Association

Over the years New England Sports Academy has made contributions to your organization and dozens more like yours. We are very proud to be able to contribute to a good cause that helps our children and our community, but in the back of our mind we always had this nagging question: “Can we do more?” The answer is a resounding – YES!

Every week we get 5 to 7 letters asking us for a donation. We have always sent a gift certificate for a birthday party, camp or some other service. We donate tens of thousands of dollars in services per year. All of the fundraisers are silent auctions, dinners or fairs. We want to make them more exciting. Rarely is there an event that the whole family or whole community can enjoy. We are planning to change all of that.

Imagine an event where all ages are welcome; where kids and parents can enjoy time together; where companies can sponsor a particular event, race, game or program; where you can hold a silent auction and food concession at the same time; where you can invite services like build a bear, face painting or t-shirt making to generate more revenues. Oh yes – hold a raffle drawing. The most important part – this will be a very memorable event for all members of your organization, not just another fundraiser.

NESA has already provided such services to many organizations: Keeping Pace with Multiple Miracles, victims of Katrina Support fund, NESA Competitive teams, Boston Classic and Circus Smirkus. Circus Smirkus raised $8,000 in two hours!

Remember, there is NO RISK! You do not pay rent or fees. There is no minimum number of people you must get or minimum number of items you need to sell.

I am sure the question you are asking is what can we do for you? The answer is simple – whatever you want. You can charge $10 or $100 (or anything in between) for the tickets per person or family. It is entirely up to your organization! You will pay only $10 per child. No charge for Adults ( or you can charge adults and keep 100%) You will keep 100% on everything else from food concessions to silent auction proceeds to the raffle revenues. NESA will take care of the FUN!

What do we get out of it? An opportunity to help others and an opportunity to show NESA to all of your guests (who we hope will join our programs).

My school, John F. Kennedy Elementary School in Canton, had a wonderful experience with NESA. We had a Family Fun Night in May with over 100 people in attendance. NESA could easily accommodate our group. In addition to the activity areas, there was space for a Silent Auction, raffle and refreshments. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your facility last weekend for our Family Fun Day and also for your generous donation for summer camp. The entire club believes it was a huge success and heard very positive feedback from the attendees. I hope you feel the same way. As you know, the Westwood Young Women’s Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to the enhancement of the Westwood Community. All the money raised from the event is going to the Westwood Community Chest Campership Program. This program enables children who would not normally have the opportunity, to attend summer camp and have a fun rewarding experience. Because of your generosity we were able to raise enough money to send 5 Westwood children to camp this summer. We are thrilled we can assist so many deserving children.

There are hundreds of different options for exciting and educational field trips. How about mixing it up a little?

With NESA your organization can be part of a fantastic event in a 36,000 square foot facility. NESA provides sports education in over 18 sports and programs.

Every Field Trip is customized to perfectly fit the interest of participating children. Our experienced staff will guide kids in structured activities or open gym format. One way or the other we promise that kids will have a phenomenal time being physically active and their parents will thank you for it.

NESA has organized and run hundreds of Field Trips for private and public schools, boys and girls scouts, churches, mosques, synagogues, non-for profit organizations, sport teams, camps, and many other organizations.

The Field Trip can last from 1.5 hour to 4 hours depending on the number of participants. It can be organized with multiple sports or it can be set up in open gym format.

NESA makes Field Trips very affordable. The price ranges between $9 to $15 per participant.

NESA also can arrange transportation for your group.

A NESA Bar / Bat Mitzvah celebration is designed to get kids moving in any way they want: dancing, soccer, basketball, gymnastics, foam pit, dodge ball, martial arts and much more.

Every Bar / Bat Mitzvah party is customized to perfectly fit the interest of your child and adult guests. Our experienced staff will guide kids in structured activities or open gym format. One way or the other we promise that kids will have a phenomenal time to finish a very significant day.

Please make sure to book your event a minimum 6 months in advance.

Want to have a Gym-tastic birthday party? Then have your party at NESA! NESA's instructors take the participants through a gymnastics program starting with an energetic warm-up and a stretch with music. Participants then proceed on to try various gymnastics challenges and participate in an obstacle course, followed by practicing jumps on the tumble-track, free play in our giant foam pit, and end with parachute games and singing “Happy Birthday” under the parachute tent! Party activities may differ depending on the age group of the children. Alternate activities may include: Cat & Mouse, Lifeguard, Spider Tag, Tunnel Tag, Relay Races, Blob Tag, Diving through Hula-Hoop, and more. Learn More.

Parties begin with an active warm-up by dribbling and juggling soccer balls. Some enjoyable games and activities will include: dribbling snake, sharks, body parts, four cities, world cup, and target practice. Instructors will then break children into groups and, depending on age and ability, play a full scrimmage or modified soccer game. The last twenty minutes children will be escorted to our giant foam pit where they will climb ropes, swing on trapeze, and jump from the trampoline! Learn More.

Our Basketball Parties start off by warming up with practice shooting, and dribbling challenges. Children then proceed to engage in basketball games and activities, which may include: relay races, snake line, knock-out, shark in the middle, around the world, stuck in the paint, and dribble knock out. Next, children will play a full scrimmage, and if they are old enough, maybe even break out the trampoline and mats and have a slam-dunk contest! The last twenty minutes children will be escorted to our giant foam pit where they will climb ropes, swing on trapeze, and jump from the trampoline! Learn More.

Do you have a child who eats, sleeps, and drinks baseball? Then try one of our exclusive baseball birthday parties. On our baseball turf parties begin by playing catch to warm up, then break into two teams for a mini world series game inside our batting cage area. Other activities include homerun derby with our pitching machine. Each party will consist of forty minutes of baseball activities and twenty minutes in our giant foam pit! Learn More.

Axe Kicks! Wheel kicks! Flying sidekicks! These are just some of the more advanced Martial Arts kicks children will attempt as they are taken through “Ninja training.” Instructors will take kids through a martial arts program and learn the fundamentals of self-defense arts. Kids will go through an obstacle of jumping over mats, punching and kicking targets, blocking attacks, and focused meditation to channel your “chi”. Our instructor will take your party guests through a fun dance routine. This is no ordinary birthday party! Your guests will have a blast. Join our staff as we teach your group the basics of ballet, or a funky version of hip hop; the choice is yours! Your exciting dance routine is followed by twenty minutes of play in our giant foam pit, where kids will be able to climb ropes, jump on the trampoline, and swing on the trapeze! Learn More.

Taking place on our turf field, parties begin by playing catch and running basic routes. Football activities include confused punters, football tag, and flag football.
